The Winery
The winery is located in the village of Pozaldez, province of Valladolid. This municipality forms part of the Rueda Designation of Origin – the first D. O. for white wines in Spain – and is recognised for its long wine-making history.
Founded in 1988, the winery is based on the pillars of our family inheritance and local tradition. Our grandparents and great-grandparents cultivated vineyards to produce the grapes they would use in the depths of their ancient cellars to create the
traditional and historic wines of the former “Tierra de Medina”, famous in the epoch of the Wine Festivals of Medina del Campo. When this new winery opened, it marked a change in the creation of the traditional local wines and a new commitment to modern whites, obtained using the latest techniques, but without forgetting the most important element: the selection of the best grapes from our own vineyards.
